Well..we have moved twice through them..once from blore to hyderabad and from hyderabad to kolkata..their packing service is pretty good and they provided us quite a good service both the times.. have heard bad reviews too but ll speak of my own experience only..
Worst service I had ever got.They are very professional about payment.90% of total payment I have paid in advance.Even after payment of 80% money as advanced they stopped transport because of rest 10% advance.The items those should take care of special care like TV, Fridge, Dining table. all arrived broken on destination. Even after that the owner didnt even feel to regret about that.Such a shameless people. Please do not choose VRL ever.
