I am highly disappointed with your service. I was sending my luggage through your courier service from IBS Hyderabad to my home in Kolkata. I sent about 6 of your cartons in two installments. Out of them the second time my parents received a torn carton which was wrapped by your tape by you people. And after I came home after completing my MBA course I saw that many thigs were missing from there. Other than goods lost worth Rs.1000 or less I lost my expensive Philips Iron and my Philips Shaver. I tried to track down your people by calling them and they were blaming each other. The Kolkata people were blaming the Hyderabad ones and vice versa. I am very very disappointed with your service and I will make sure i will never refer your service to anybody else i know and will post about this in every public forum.
