I have bad packing moving experience with Vijay Solution Packers and Movers in Bangalore. Their packing moving guys are very un-professional and un-caring about household items.
Vijay Packers recently shifted my house from Bangalore to Cochin. The person (Mr. Sujay) guaranteed that all the items will reach safely. These are my experience 1. After packing the items, they asked me to come to their office and pay the amount. They are not professional. 2. There was a big scratch on my scooter after delivery. When I contacted Mr. Sujay, he asked me to email the snaps. However, even after emailing all details, there is no response. Whenever I tried to contact him, he was picking up the call. When I sent a SMS saying that I'm going to share my bad experience in public forums, he replied that he will get back. There is no response after that. They don’t stand on their commitments. 3. The driver of the delivery van was very much demanding because I don't stay inside Cochin city (I stay 10 kms from city)
