Beware of this fraud packers and movers. I had a horrible experience with them when they transported my 2-Wheeler to another city. At the time of visit and payment the owner who himself came said that he would do a door-to-door pickup & delivery. I gave them the amount which they quoted and booked for a specific date. They picked up my 2-wheeler after several phone calls and the guy who came asked for an helmet too as he did not bring his. He also mentioned that they would transport the helmet to the destination city. I agreed and gave him the helmet, photocopy of papers, half tank petrol and keys. The 2-wheeler reached the destination city a day late and the driver called me that he is standing on a highway and wont come to the city, i have to take the delivery on the highway. Called Satish the owner who said that yes it had to be delivered d-2-d but the truck driver is alone so cannot. Somehow i asked someone to collect the bike else the truck driver would have left it on the highway (this is what he said to me). The condition of the 2-wheeler was not good and was broken from multiple places - rear view mirrors & mud guards. There was no helmet and the tank was empty. Called Satish the owner of the company, he said that he forgot to send the helmet and will speak to the truck driver for damages. He has not yet called me back and not answering my phone calls. So please if you are thinking to use Chirag Packers and Movers for your shifting purposes, i would strongly recommend go with others but not this due to low cost.
